Earlier this year, Cairnmead Industrial Consultants featured Zest as a Throwback Thursday project. Today, we proudly award this warehouse our Stamp of Approval! Construction began in 2022 on the new Zest warehouse in the highly sought-after Richmond Park.
The Zest WEG project is the second development for the West Property Fund in Richmond Park, following the completion of a new 10,000 m2 headquarters for tenant get\Worth. The building's design pays homage to the cars housed, featuring angular roofscapes inspired by aerodynamic vehicular forms, evoking a sense of movement and speed. The showroom is divided in two, symbolising cars speeding past each other, while the office further reinforces the concept through another dimension. Internal lounges offer stunning views of Table Mountain, connecting artificial designs with nature's angular forms.
