Irene Link Building C

Irene Link's P-grade office space is conveniently accessible via Botha Avenue, Alexandra, and Impala Road, all located just off the N1 highway in Doringkloof, Irene. Building C has been completed and operational since April 1, 2023. With a bold and iconic design, Building C sets the architectural and philosophical tone for the precinct. It presents a striking contrast, featuring a combination of glass elements atop a landscaped basement podium. The graceful curvature of the corners adds a softness to the edges, imparting a sense of endlessness and continuity to the structure.

Building C is designed to be highly adaptable and efficient, thanks to its well-thought-out floor plate and service core layout. The floor plates are easily divisible, allowing for seamless subdivision into four tenants, accommodating smaller tenanting spaces with great ease.

Cairnmead Industrial Consultants were selected as the health and safety consultant responsible for conducting a comprehensive review of the health and safety activities on site. Our primary objective was to ensure strict adherence to the established health and safety standards. We would like to extend our commendation to the professional team for their dedicated efforts in successfully carrying out this project. As a result, we proudly bestow our Stamp of Approval, recognizing the excellent work that has been accomplished. All health and safety requirements were meticulously met and implemented as mandated.
