Awarded our Stamp of Approval
We are pleased to announce that the Kia Eastrand project has been awarded our Stamp of Approval. The project involved significant alterations and additions to the existing Mercedes-Benz dealership to accommodate Kia's relocation. The comprehensive works covered a total roofed area of 3,297m², which included a181m² showroom for used cars, a1,587m² workshop and parts area, and a 1,529m² main showroom and office space.
Safety standards were met
The project scope primarily involved maintenance work, featuring new floor finishes for both showrooms, removal of the steel mezzanine, and earth and roadworks to enhance parking and site roadway flow. The project was scheduled to commence in early October of 2023 and conclude by mid-December, spanning a total duration of 3 months.
