Kathu Village Mall

Reflecting on some of our earliest projects, it's clear how far we've come. Kathu Village Mall, located on Hendrik van Eck Rd, is a testament to our growth and expertise. Strategically positioned to serve the Kalahari District in the Northern Cape and conveniently accessible from the airport/Debeng road, it provides easy access for tourists travelling to and from Namibia and Botswana.

Owned exclusively by the JSE-listed Resilient Property Income Fund, Kathu Village Mall opened in late November 2008 and quickly became a favourite shopping destination for local residents. Cairnmead Industrial Consultants played a vital role as the health and safety consultants throughout the mall’s construction, ensuring that all safety standards were met.

We are proud to approve this project and recognise it as a milestone in our ongoing commitment to excellence.
