The concept behind Brooklyn House was to create a brand-new residential complex comprising five floors, over 100 units, and two levels of parking spaces. In February 2020, construction began, and after eight months, phase one was completed, which was a significant accomplishment considering the lockdown was implemented at the time, causing the world to pause momentarily.
Brooklyn House has set a new standard in secure, roomy, and up-to-date student accommodation. It is a recognized University of Pretoria residence, conveniently located in the charming suburb of Brooklyn, just 350 meters from the main gate of UP and in close proximity to all amenities. Offering fully furnished apartments with private en-suite bathrooms, Brooklyn House caters to singles or small groups of two, three, or four students who seek contemporary living spaces tailored to their specific needs.
