Landmark dealership
Throughout 2024, an exciting expansion unfolded with the construction of a brand-new flagship dealership in Polokwane. Led by Abland Property Developers, this project introduces a BMW showroom designed in line with BMW’s latest global image, marking the first of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere. This landmark dealership, part of the Baobab Gardens development, spans 3,000 square meters and includes a variety of well-known retail stores.
Bringing our expertise
Developed for the 100% black-owned Legacy Motor Group (LMG), the BMW Polokwane dealership’s construction took place from 2023 to 2024, paving the way for further growth in the area. Cairnmead Industrial Consultants was appointed as the health and safety representative for this project, bringing our expertise to the professional team and ensuring a safe construction environment.
