Construction sites in built-up areas adjacent to a public way are suitably and sufficiently fenced off and provided with controlled access points preventing the entry of unauthorised persons. Access fencing signage is required to be visible on-site so that it can communicate any dangers that could occur on-site and also to inform employees and visitors.
